in our hiring process

1. Application & confirmation

Good to have you here. You send us your application online, no fuss. Shortly after you get a confirmation by email, so you know it arrived safely.

2. Document check & invitation

We read your CV and documents carefully and without delay. If your profile fits us well, we get in touch and invite you to the next step.

3. First conversation

Now we meet properly. In about 30 minutes we talk about your background, what you expect and the role itself. There is plenty of room for your questions too.

4 Task for the role

If the first impression works for both sides, you get a small task that fits the role. No worries, this is not about perfection. We want to see how you approach a problem.

5 Technical interview

If the result fits, the next step is a technical conversation with your future team lead and, depending on the role, other team members. We talk through what you built, ask questions about the role and look together at how working together could feel.

6 Final talk & contract

In the last step we go through all the terms around the contract together. If everything feels right and you say yes, we make it official, sign, and look forward to welcoming you at ebiscon 😊!
